Joseph Calzada / CEO and Founder
Hello and welcome! I’m Joseph Calzada, the CEO and Founder of Mousaverse. I created Mousaverse to establish a deeper connection with the world we currently live in.
The map’s first-of-its-kind technology brings opera and classical music into virtual reality (VR), allowing audiences all over the world to watch and engage with performers across different time zones.
Essentially, I wanted to have passive performances for artists, so artists could gain exposure from all different angles. I wanted this to be an inclusive area where all are welcome and performers can share their art without barriers to entry.
Most importantly, I hoped to cultivate as close to a real-life experience as possible, providing audiences and classical music enthusiasts with an interactive way of viewing performances.
Users will be able to walk around our virtual world and do real-world things. They can be whoever they want to be, customizing their avatars in our system.
A high-quality experience is very important to me. So I hired a top-rated development team, Sumeru Inc., to develop Mousaverse. Our cutting-edge technological advancements truly bring elements of real-life performance to our virtual world.
I am very excited to share this with you all. Whether you’re a performer, audience member, a virtual reality/video game lover, or all of the above, we have a space for you in the Mousaverse.
